We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Team Member to join our team at EOS Cinema, Kawardha. The ideal candidate will handle daily operations, ensure an exceptional movie-watching experience for our guests, and manage customer service gracefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist moviegoers, guide them to their seats, and answer queries politely.
– Ticketing & Counter: Handle ticket booking, counter sales, and manage food/beverage (F&B) counters smoothly.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain cleanliness inside the cinema halls, lobby, and premises during and between shows.
Coordination: Coordinate with management and projection/operations staff for timely show screenings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Skills: Good communication skills, friendly attitude, and ability to handle crowd.
Age: 18 years or above.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends and evenings).
